It's that time again. The birthday time. Misery and joy; attack by shopping cart and balloon animal shenanigans; tragically past-date carrots and nom-inous cake. A mixed bag as usual.
In other news, I've been invited to spend a month in China at a temple. This is v. v. tempting. I could totally go for some hard labour and silence.
