It's funny how taking protest slogans literally changes the intended(hopefully) meaning a lot.

To be pedantic, there are actually a few economic theories which have no money-equivalent(at least that citizen see) but I have a feeling that most anti-capitalists wouldn't like them very much. They tend to involve either total command-control economies, pervasive computer mediation, or enforced barter.

Money's just too useful. Even the most gritty deep green survivalist tends to assume it in their ideal future.
