I'm not fond of the implication that comparisons between things-of-which-we-are-fans are 'fights'. I suspect that was unintentional and it's not that important, but it does perpetuate a sense of conflict which doesn't really need to be there. Perhaps I'm just over-sensitive, given that some of my fandoms are game fandoms and thus very, very prone to taking these perceived conflicts and using them as an excuse for selective ignorance/trolling.
