As I said in reply to a comment on the LJ version of the entry, when it comes to pure kinkfic, I can just enjoy it for what it is. I go into PWPs expecting to handwave a lot, you know? It's mostly the plotty amtdi stories that are really creeping me out. I mean, you're going to all the trouble of doing actual world building and then you... yeah.

I don't know if a lot of SG people have moved into ST XI, or if SG and ST are just similar enough to inspire the same kinds of fantasies, but the amtdi stories seem awfully alike.
