This is true, but for the purposes of the discussion, I was more interested in the genre as a whole, rather than specific stories. There are always exceptions to broader rules, but the rules exist for a reason. I like fairy tales and have spent some time studying them, so I know that it depends on the geography and time of the tale, but. -.- No impugning going on here.
