... Revenge Tragedy. And here's why:
It starts over something petty. A misunderstanding, or something silly, blown out of proportion. Something preventable and easily foreseen.
Secrets are unearthed.
Old feuds are reignited.
Soon people are stabbing each other in the back, only to be in turn stabbed.
No one is left standing and each fall is uniquely stupid and horrific.
Innocent bystanders are dragged down.
Fandom is torn between laughing, crying and falling to its knees screaming CATHARSIS!
And in the end? All is quickly forgotten until we wank anew.
