So I kind of want to talk about porn.

Yeah, porn. I want to have a big non-judgmental discussion about porn. But I'm wondering if this is something you guys would be interesting in reading/talking about with me. I'm not thinking about fandom porn specifically, (but that's certainly something we can get into) but capital P Porn: the porn industry, erotic fiction, pin ups, girly mags, amateur porn. Preferences, squicks, secret kinks. Moral and ethical stances. All that good stuff.

Keeping in mind that this journal gets a cross-section of readers and participants (cis, trans, straight, queer, working class, middle class, PoC, white, male, female etc. etc.), coming from very different places, and for that reason cannot be considered anything like a safe space.

I'm not at all interested in traditional porn. It ruins the sex with stupid stories and bad acting. And the guys are usually unattractive. Amateur porn where they're just fucking is much better. Best is stuff like the amateur vids on sites like X-Tube where it's just short clips and people rarely film their faces. (Also X-Tube rocks because it has a lot of trans guys on it.)
