I planned out "Ex Cathedra" while I was waiting for a lecturer today and it'll be long. Novel-length. I fucking well don't have time, dammit. I made several pages of notes and a fucking flow chart. The plan calls for me to write the bulk of the story in cycling 3rd person limited, with additional segments of 1st person narrative from Clark, Lois, Jonathon, Lex and finally, Lex's daughter. Each of these will be a variation on two themes on which the story's structure will hang. The larger story will cover approximately 20 years of Lex and Clark's lives. The plan also calls for liberal use of biblical verse and Greek poetry. *bangs head on desk* No cookie for Jenn!

Smallville, I assume? I think I've seen one or two episodes. I need to brush up on my tv-watching. Well, at least you have it planned out and not written from some random plot bunny.

Yes, it's Smallville. Evil show. It's good to have things planned out, though I really don't have the time for such a large project. I've Arithmancy and Flowers to work and I've just started a Ronfic. *sigh*
