Your appeal lies in your dry wit. You're less of a character than some of the fiends on my list, but you're an interesting read, nonetheless. I just reread bits of your journal and reminded myself of some of your more memorable posts. I'd like to see you meta more often because I think you have the intelligence to draw out some really fascinating issues and the humor to treat them lightly enough that they would never become tedious. I enjoy reading what fandom-commentary you do post, very much.

I like your RL posts, especially stuff about work or your beauty-treatment odyssey. I'm not sure why I like them, except that it's nice to hear about such things without having to wade through a mile-wide river of invective and whining. You're cool in the classic sense - smart, a little distant and very much together.
