Hsst. No, it's not uploading right, it seems. LJ's been a cunt about pictures for some time--it hit me a few uploads ago, and a whole bunch of people on my friendsfriends page were also affected when they uploaded new icons (Oh, can you hear the people bitch--) so my best suggestion is - delete it, and try reuploading.
