New challenge

If you haven't already heard, aldalindil is running a challenge. It's All Been Done Before. I've singed up to write Harry/OFC, wherein they're soulbonded/destined to fulfill a prophecy via shagging. saeva suggests Harry/wee!Malfoy, while McTabby suggests one of the OFCs from the now defunct Arithmancy and Flowers.

I've signed up for a number of HP challenges recently, and I hope I can finish all my stories in due time. Noticed something interesting though - almost all challenges are shipcentric, or heavily influenced by shipping. I'd like to see some gen or shipblind challenges.

Actually, in the last ficathon I signed up for, I got a gen assignment, or at least, one that could be gen. It was "Darla and Lindsey, can be shipped or not". People do request 'em sometimes.

You're not writing any more of Arithmancy and Flowers? That's a shame, I've heard it recced so many time.

Offically I'm recanonizing the story for OotP. It's going very, very slowly, which isn't surprsing considering how fucking broad in scope it is.

It's not so much the long posts as it is the memes. *points at post's icon* Seriously. They drive me crazy, and a flaw in my journal style makes them show up strangely.
