So I was looking for a few good threads.

Instead I found these.

*points and laughs*
Oh yes, let's gather all the whining in one central location.
People! Write your own stories. Also? There are no emo-punky girls in HP. Just think about that one.
Get. A. Dictionary.
It's all so obvious.
The fuck? Take a lit theory class, dammit.
Where is OotP indeed!
Oy.

Think... Weezer and the more pretentious new punky bands.

Aie. I still have no idea what you're talking about! I mean, I was there when punk was, like, new.

Oh, well. This is why I identify with Snape and his cohort. They're my age.

*g* Don't worry, I don't know what I'm talking about either. Emo is sort of a... smarter, geekier, more intellectual kind of punk, who listens to softer music that has the punk spirit. I think.

*stares* Have you read Arithmancy and Flowers? (Beware the random pluggery)

Hmm. I did read Arithmancy and Flowers, and really enjoyed it until the last chapter, when I couldn't figure out WTF was going on, and thought it was a really weird place to end.

Then (recently) I discovered it wasn't the end. Duh. WIP.

You've got me actually hoping for Severus to get it on with an original character, which is something that so far only Josan has managed.

Ohh. Now I have two people on the friend's list who I can pester about 70's popular culture. ;) That chapter would make a rather spectacularly odd place to end - I have about 50 more planned.

Glad you've liked it so far and that you're enjoying the Snape/OC relationship.
